Training Materials

Higher Education Regional Councils have oversight over many, but not all, off campus lower division courses and programs offered by community colleges, universities, health related institutions, public technical colleges, and Lamar State Colleges in Texas.

On March 29, 2022, THECB CTC staff hosted a webinar for Perkins directors at 2-year colleges and trained on how to update the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment. Colleges were given guidance on submission requirements and important dates.
