The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Council Board (THECB) will request an updated list of credential programs developed and funded by the Texas Reskilling and Upskilling through Education (TRUE) 2024 Grant Program.

Grantees are required to submit a Logic Model Form to demonstrate the resources or activities their TRUE 2024 project will undertake.

Texas public institutions of higher education must complete this form to propose: (1) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programs in engineering; (2) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs that have an estimated cost of more than $2 million in the first five years of operation; and/or (3) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs that do not meet the certification requirements set forth in Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Title 19, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.44 (a) (3).

Loan Verification of Enrollment Form

Under the Texas Education Code (TEC), Section 51.253(c), the institution’s Chief Executive Officer is required to submit a report at least once during each fall or spring semester to the institution’s governing body and post on the institution’s internet website a report concerning the reports received by employees under the TEC, Section 51.252, concerning “sexual harassment,” “sexual assault,” “dating violence,” or “stalking” as defined in the TEC, Section 51.251, and any disciplinary actions taken under TEC, Section 51.255.
