Bilingual Education Program 2021-22 (FY 2022) Funds Request Form

Orientation for TRUE 2025 grantees regarding the THECB Grant Management System (GMS). 

THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) is made and entered into by and between the Institution (hereinafter referred to as “College”), and Independent School District, (hereinafter ISD), pursuant to the authority granted in compliance with section 56.079 (d) of the Texas Education Code.

WHEREAS, the parties to this MOU desire to jointly participate in a work study mentorship program to; (1) mentor high school students at the ISD; (2) counsel high school students at the GO Centers or similar high school-based recruiting centers designed to improve student access to higher education;  or  (3) support student interventions at the College that are focused on increasing completion of degrees or certificates.

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Council Board (THECB) will request an updated list of credential programs developed and funded by the Texas Reskilling and Upskilling through Education (TRUE) 2023 Grant Program.

Nursing Innovation Grant Program Application Forms. GEER II-NIGP is a competitive grant program, and funds awarded will support institutional programs developing innovative solutions to increase nursing preceptors and simulation coordinators and alleviate the shortage of nursing faculty, which currently inhibits the ability to educate more nurses in the state. 

This form is used to collect supporting documents when applicants are applying for the Children of Disabled or Deceased Firefighters and Law Enforcement Officers exemption.

The head of the department in which the eligible firefighter or law enforcement officer was employed (or volunteered) at the time the incident occurred must file a certificate with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board using this template (see Texas Education Code, Section 54.351).

HRIs should complete this form to request a new remote site code and seek eligibility for the Small Class Supplement.

The U.S. Department of Education enforces Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, (Section 504) a civil rights statute which prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities. 

The CLNA Executive Summary is a new requirement for the FY23 CLNA update.  Institutions will be required to include this as a cover page to the CLNA and attest that they conducted all of the requirements mentioned.

College Access Loan (CAL) Total and Permanent Disability Cancellation Request

Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) for State Grants and Emergency Educational Grant Return of Funds (RRF) allows participating Institutions to return program funds throughout the year on an as-needed basis.
