The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is required to provide a State Net Price Calculator (NPC) tool for estimating the cost of attendance (COA) for full-time entering first-year students at public institutions of higher education in Texas (see Texas Education Code (TEC), Section 61.0777).

This password protected portal is designed to expedite requests from an institution or system office to THECB. The DSP will be used by an institution’s chief academic officer (CAO) or System officer who will process a request and forward it to THECB.
