Educational Aide Exemption Program Fund Request Form (FRF) allows participating Institutions to request  program funds throughout the year on an as-needed basis. 

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Council Board (THECB) will request an updated list of credential programs developed and funded by the Texas Reskilling and Upskilling through Education (TRUE) 2023 Grant Program.

Grantees are required to submit a Logic Model Form to demonstrate the resources or activities their TRUE 2023 project will undertake.
