Each institution participating in the Bilingual Education Scholarship Program during the 2018-19 biennium is required to submit a report that collects the program’s performance measures. The 2018-19 biennium includes the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

A Return of Funds Form (RFF) must be submitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) for each different program grant type.

Participating institutions must report to the THECB the progress made by students being assisted through the WSMP. To meet the reporting requirements, institutions must submit a Financial Report and a Data Report that collects aggregate information.
