Institutions must submit the Financial Aid Database (FAD) 2019-20 (FY 2020) Reconciliation Form for each program flagged “Reconciliation” on the institution’s FAD Reconciliation Report.

A Return of Funds Form (RFF) must be submitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) for each different program grant type.

Participating institutions must report to the THECB the progress made by students being assisted through the WSMP. To meet the reporting requirements, institutions must submit a Financial Report and a Data Report that collects aggregate information.
