The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board announces the annual publication of the 2021-22 (FY 2022) program guidelines. The first release includes the College Access Loan (CAL), Texas Armed Services Scholarship Program (TASSP) and Educational Aide Exemption (EAE) Program and the remaining guidelines will be provided through future announcements.

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) Program Guidelines are intended to support institutions by highlighting requirements that appear in the Texas Education Code (TEC) and Title 19 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). When administering the Texas Armed Services Scholarship Program (TASSP), institutions should always refer to the applicable statutes and rules. The information provided in this document is to be used solely as a resource and does not supersede the statute and/or rules for this program.
