Instruction on how to complete the Educational Aide Exemption (EAE) Fund Request Form (FRF). Participating Institutions can request EAE program funds throughout the year on an as-needed basis using the Funds Request Form (FRF). The FRF allows for easier reconciliation between the institution’s Financial Aid Office, Business Office, and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) announces the annual release of the 2020-2021 (FY 2021) program guidelines. The enclosed guidelines are also posted on the Student Financial Aid Programs (SFAP) webpage under Program Resources.
