Loan Verification of Enrollment Form

The purpose of this form is for an authorized official at an institution to verify the enrollment of a student that has been reported as less than half-time or withdrawn in order to update their loan status with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Effective July 1, 2021, the interest rate on all College Access Loans (CAL) will be 3.75%. The interest rate assigned to a CAL is based on the date that the institution certifies the loan. Institutions are encouraged to certify CAL applications on or after July 1, 2021 to secure the reduced rate for borrowers. Applications certified prior to July 1, 2021 will retain the current interest rate of 4.20%.
