The Guidance for Updating the CLNA for 2023 and 2024 is a new resource document for the FY23 CLNA update. Institutions may use this as a guidance to help update their CLNA based on evidence gathered at the national level. The document has been revised from a national report to frame local needs.

The CLNA Executive Summary is a new requirement for the FY23 CLNA update. Institutions will be required to include this as a cover page to the CLNA and attest that they conducted all of the requirements mentioned.

- Perkins V Regional Stakeholder Meeting Presentation

This presentation was presented by THECB staff at the eight regional stakeholder meetings held around the state. The purpose of the meeting was to gather feedback from statutorily required stakeholders of the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) in order to draft the postsecondary state plan for Texas.
