A slide deck which is the basis for a public informational webinar  held January 6, 2021 in support of informing  public higher education institutions in Texas about the Texas Reskilling Support Fund Grant Program’s Round 2 application process.

The transfer workgroup is composed of an equal number of representatives from public community colleges and universities that collaboratively develop and make recommendations to substantially improve vertical transfer, substantially improve the applicability of credit to a major, and reduce the number of excess semester credit hours.

Contains provisions to help facilitate the transfer, academic progress, and timely graduation of students in higher education, including requiring a study on core curriculum and meta majors

2020 Higher Education Regional Council Representative Orientation

This presentation was presented by THECB staff at the eight regional stakeholder meetings held around the state. The purpose of the meeting was to gather feedback from statutorily required stakeholders of the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) in order to draft the postsecondary state plan for Texas.
